Terms governing booking cancellations, refunds, and charges for our safari and incentive experiences.
This cancellation and refund policy outlines the terms governing booking cancellations, refunds, and related charges for all safaris and incentive travel experiences arranged by Bokora Safaris Limited.
At Bokora Safaris, we carefully plan every safari and incentive experience in advance. Because we secure accommodations, park permits, safari vehicles, and guides ahead of time, cancellation fees apply as outlined below. By confirming a booking, you agree to this policy.
Failure to complete payment on time may result in booking cancellation and applicable fees.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the number of days prior to your scheduled departure date:

|---|---|
| 60+ days before travel | Deposit forfeited |
| 59 – 45 days | 50% of total tour cost |
| 44 – 30 days | 75% of total tour cost |
| 29 – 15 days | 90% of total tour cost |
| 14 days or less | 100% of total tour cost (No refund) |
*Note: Some accommodation properties, national parks, and charter flights operate under stricter cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
If you fail to arrive on the departure date or miss any booked service:
